Intro
In support of the "100 Years of Route 66" campaign for Oklahoma City, I was tasked with creating solutions to increase site visits and engagement. I conceptualized and designed three distinct ad units: two rich media to run cross device and one Connected TV (CTV). The rich media units consisted of a "Navigator," which provided an expandable menu on every page for continuous user navigation, and a "Bulletin Board," which offered a tiled menu on the homepage. The CTV unit was enhanced with a custom skin around the video player. My proposed solutions were successfully adopted and implemented in the campaign. The cross-platform digital strategy that I delivered significantly outperformed industry benchmarks. My custom skin CTV units achieved an exceptional 99.01% video completion rate, while the companion interactive rich media ads drove a 28.3% engagement rate.
